At these job fairs, construction companies recruit and interview some of the talented college students looking for internships or ones prepared to graduate for new jobs. At job fairs, dozens of construction companies come to campus at the same time and compete for the attention of students in a fashion similar to the way they compete with one another for projects. Talented new blood can help a construction company continue to grow and thrive, making these job fair appearances vitally important.
