As construction projects become increasingly complex, the need for highly trained and well-educated construction managers becomes more important as well. As more universities begin to offer masters in construction management, the impact of their programs on the construction industry will become more prominent. If recipients of a degree in construction management are successful, it is likely that more and more employers will begin to look for new employees with this kind of degree.
