American Refining Group
The United States of America's domestic oil industry came to exist 100 years ago in McKean Country. Closely related to the birthplace of native oil industry, American Refining Group originated within 131-acre land in Bradford, PA. It refines Grade Crude obtained from Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia and Ohio producing 10,000 barrels per day.
The American Refining Group produces a vast range of products including fine waxes, lubricants, gasoline, fuels and many others. Its up-to-date technologies blend and package the finest products that are delivered by rail and truck in bulk in many sizes of packages. American Refining Group has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 emphasizing the finest quality of its products.
Founded in 1881, The American Refining group's production of oil at that time was about 10 barrels and only five people were involved in producing them. In 1966, it produced more than 4,800 barrels per day. Since 1986 to date, it has succeeded to produce 10,000 barrels per day.
One of the well-established fortes of American Refining Group, Inc is its private label market segment. The private label manufacturing has many intricacies as it has to meet advancing requirements of the present and future customers. The ARG has an ultra-modern packaging plant to meet these requirements to come up to mark. Its logistics, export, finishing and customer services departments all form one unit to produce the finest quality available in the whole market.
The American Refining Group has many units. Crude Unit produces Fuel Gas, Heavy Naphtha, Kensol 48, 50, 51, 61 and 53; Waxy Light Lube Neutral, Waxy Medium Neutral Waxy Heavy neutral and Kendex 0842 while Platform Unit produces Platformate, Kensol 30, Kensol 17, Light Straight Run and Fuel Gas. MEK Unit produces light lube neutral slack wax, Medium neutral slack wax, heavy neutral slack wax and petrolatum (Kendex )111. Extraction Unit yields Kendex 0060, 0150, 0750, 0847, 0866 and Kendex MNE, HNE and Kendex LNE.
The founder of Energy Unlimited Inc., Mr. Halloran is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the American Refining Group. He is a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania and has a degree in Civil engineering. After graduating, he was with the Augustinian seminary for four years and received an MA in Theology as well. With vast experience in various fields and bearing many roles of importance in various organizations, MR. Halloran is presently steering the American Refinery Group to its peak.
