Alternative Energy Green

With the global environmental conditions worsening, it is time to start looking for and efficiently harnessing alternative sources of raising energy. These alternatives are aimed at being environment friendly as well as easy to harness and cheap to maintain as well as continue production.

These alternative sources are also known as Renewable Sources of Energy. Renewable Sources of Energy is that type of energy that does not get over, or the type that is not exhaustible. They are natural sources such as wind, solar, rains, tidal, and biogas energy.

Solar energy is the one energy that has the greatest potential of helping us over comes all the power needs, but because the initial investment is high, the adoption of harnessing this source of energy has not reached its peaks. Harnessing solar energy can be done with the help of specially engineered cells. These cells have the ability to not only trap the suns energy, but also to store it. Solar power has started to be used in the form of solar water heaters, solar pressure cookers etc.

In the same way, even wind energy is gaining a lot of scope these days. Especially now, since the government is providing monetary incentives, as well as tax benefits, in the setting up of windmills. This is because, even setting up windmills requires a high initial investment, and investors require a push, which the government is now giving.

Even biogas as well as hydro electricity, or the harnessing of the current of water is now gaining importance. Renewable Sources of Energy is the cleanest, cheapest as well as the greenest form of energy, which is the future energy source. This is so, because the suns energy that we receive on Earth is only a minimal amount in comparison with the energy that the sun produces. If we are able to tap this meager amount of energy then our problem of energy crisis can b solved largely.

Therefore, with the increase of global warming and the fast depletion of fossil fuels, has made it mandatory to adopt the use of other alternative sources of energy. Another important factor that adds to the immediate requirement of an immediate shift to alternative power sources is the rapid rate of deforestation and ozone depletion. Therefore, the motto for a better future and a stable future should be Renew, Reuse and Recycle. GO GREEN.
