The over use of fossil fuels all throughout civilization has to finally stop. The environment cannot take anymore. If drastic steps are not taken today then we are all heading for a very nasty ending.

Fossil fuels are non-renewable in nature and are being exhausted by the day. The coal deposits are nearly reaching completion as so are the [petroleum reserves of nature. Man has so indiscriminately used and misused the resources that nature is finally reacting by global warming. Global warming was created by us and it is our duty to correct it. We have the responsibility to restore the beauty of nature that we so shamelessly stole. There is one way, a very smart and most effective way that we can do this. That is by starting to use renewable or alternate sources of energy.

Alternative sources of energy are those natural sources that are in exhaustible in nature. Such as, solar energy, that is the suns energy, wind energy, this refers to the energy received by harnessing the kinetic energy of wind, biogas and biomass energy, which is the use of natural gas, and organic material that are fused with each other in the absence of oxygen. The usage of such sources of energy helps you to not only reduce your cost of living, in the form of electricity, but also helps help the environment in general and make the world a cleaner s well as greener place to live.

The energy of the sun or solar energy is the energy that is most widely available. Everyone in their own individual ways should start changing their homes into smart homes wherein they start using solar water heaters for their bathing needs and solar pressure cookers for their cooking needs. Most importantly, solar panels should be built on every roof so as to provide the electricity to light garden lights as well as lighting requirements within the house or building. Wind energy is mainly used from ancient times itself for the purpose of crushing grains as well as water pumping. Biogas and biomass sources are still being developed in order to offer great benefits.
