Free Alternative Energy

The time has come to start using alternative sources of energy. These alternative sources can be described as sources of energy that are found naturally and which are eco friendly. These sources are;

* Solar energy

* Wind energy

* Hydro energy

* Biogas energy

* Heat pump

* Bio fuel energy

* Biomass energy

* CNG (compressed natural gas)

 

The above-mentioned energy sources are not only available in plenty, but its potential too has a very wide scope of exploitation. The over dependence as well as the indiscriminate use of the energy derived from the using of fossil fuels, such as coal and petroleum have degraded the environment to a great extent and that is why we are facing so many climatic and environmental changes today. 

The shift to using free alternative sources of energy is gaining great importance these days as, not only are these sources available in plenty full, but they are also better than the non renewable sources in a lot of ways. These renewable sources of energy are free, abundantly available, eco friendly, cheaper, and they serve the purpose if not in a better way than non-renewable sources of energy do. 

Solar power has the greatest future of becoming the most widely used source of free energy. The energy is tapped and converted into electricity by solar cells. These cells also make it possible to use the energy for a future period.

Wind energy also has abundant scope as a source of free energy. Wind energy is harnessed by the construction of windmills, whose blades are connected to a generator, which produces energy as it rotates.

Biogas is attained after the process of breaking down bio degradable or organic matter in the absence of oxygen. It is a type of bio fuel, which is renewable in nature. It can be used to produce electricity in places of sewage work, cooking, water heating etc. It is a good substitute for Compressed Natural Gas.

Heat pumps are another source wherein the temperature of the ground below the frost layer is used in order to control the temperature of the house. The heat pumps can be used for both making the rooms cooler a well as to make them warmer during the winters by absorbing the warmth of the ground. 

These free energy sources should be utilized to the fullest, and the use of non-renewable sources have to be reduced drastically.
