The power of light has been considered as one of the most natural source of energy for a long time. The power of light to activate photosynthesis for plants and other organisms became the precursor to the studies of manipulating sunlight into a useable energy for humans. Solar panels had been a great result of this research and more there had been more studies that were done to analyze other functions of light.

Light is made of various wavelengths that produce various forms of waves and visible lights. Looking into the visible light, we know that it is best resembled for the colors of the rainbow. In analysis, colors beyond blue are considered ultra violet and colors beyond red are infrared lights. Various functions of lights with different wavelengths had been studied for its effects and this short wavelength red light energy has some promising results in various fields.

Light therapy has been an emerging trend in the field of medicine. The promise that red light can produce are very diverse. As of the moment, there are no bad effects seen to the use of red light energy for the body. This is basically due to the way it has to be engineered to function well.

Before, to achieve red light, people would just cover whet light in red wrap. The results are not the same as to getting monochromatic red light energy. There are ways in which we can uncover the red light from white light. You can use a small 2 milli-watt laser or the use of light emitting diodes. Red light energy has the power to aid therapy and pain management according to studies.

As discussed already with the power of light to trigger photosynthesis to plants and aid to the energy functions of other organisms, red light energy can be used to trigger pain relief and healing to certain parts of the body. When positioned to the body, red light energy provides the energy to the cells and the DNA molecules and thus it makes healing much faster.

The power of red light energy as used in industrial purposes and healing can provide a lot of research and studies to even further the use of light to create more functional tools to help mankind and hopefully help the environment. Red light energy is a safe form of energy and no forms of side effects had been seen to occur in the use of light therapy.
