The solar energy is an object of interest by more and more people as the scientists discovered a lot of advantages which made it the most preferred kind of alternative energy available. And there is no wonder that this sector needs more and more knowledgeable people who have education about the alternative sources and alternative energy. Doubtfully, there is a sector which needs more “fresh blood” since the current amount of people working is not enough at all.

But the interesting thing is that there are a lot of young people who find themselves in love with the subject “alternative energy” and the solar energy in particular. There are areas of studies which appeared just several years ago and the experts, we know today, are basically the first ones who are trying to obtain information about some aspects of the solar-energy use.

You may find it strange but there are 10 new kinds of jobs which have appeared for the last couple of years and all of them are related to the solar energy. Most of those jobs are usually based on discoveries and inventions. For example, when the so called solar generators appeared on the market, we could already find people whose job was “solar-generator mender”. Those are people who are capable of installing solar generators and they are, of course, also able to repair them. I bet that you had not heard of that job until I mentioned it but it is just one of the many!

Fortunately, all surveys and the latest research show that the future will be splendid for the solar energy jobs. The expectations are that there will be new jobs mainly in the marketing sector. Now, I am going to give you some figures which will definitely make you realize what I am talking about when I say that it seems like the future for the solar-energy industry will be bright. Let’s take Germany- it produces 4000 new jobs every year which means that in only 3 years, there will be 12000 more jobs related to the solar energy. But if we talk more generalized about Europe, the figures are very different: the extensive research shows that even if there is a slow growth, it will result in 150.000 new jobs for less than 6 years and if the growth is sudden (as it is expected), the new jobs will reach 450.000. You must admit it- it sounds amazing!
