The other way is to have an industrial strength hole puncher just punch holes into clean sheets. There are advantages and disadvantages to both. The advantage to the first method is that once it is done there is no more work, but the disadvantage is that it might dry wrong and it could ruin a whole batch and you’d have to start all over. The advantage to the first method is that it is more precise, but it also takes longer and it is possible that one hole might not get punched and it will ruin an entire batch fit his is done wrong. There are not many things you can do in order to guard against these things happening except just to sit and let them happen. You have to employ one of the two methods so choose whichever one is right for you. It makes no difference to the consumer as long as the final product is quality.
