One of the most important exports of any mining company is coal iron ore. Coal iron ore is useful for a variety of tasks. Iron ore can actually be found in the same context as coal, and the iron is often found in the same mine. For this reason, coal mining companies have an iron division that can handle both coal and iron so as to make added profits rather than selling the iron off to someone else that will just make more money off of it. Coal iron ore is common in the field of mining but is honestly quite rare, the added iron really helps stabilize the burning of the coal so that it burns slower and will be able to keep things powered for longer. Of course every bit of a coal rock that isn’t actually coal is going to be a little bit weaker than a fully coal based counterpart. Therefore one must sacrifice strength in order to have a slower speed. But if one knows what one wants out of a specific job then I shouldn’t be too hard when choosing whether to make use of coal iron ore.

Australia is of course one of the top exporting countries of this ore because their mines are so rife with it. Australia seems to be one of the leading manufacturers of coal and coal based products worldwide at this point in time. It is no wonder why they seem to be prospering still in an economy that is slowly dying. The US economy is going down the drain as of late, and this is causing the rest of the world to feel the effects. Even the UK recently passed legislation that would cause tuition rates for colleges to be hiked up to triple what they’re paying now just to make up for the backsplash being felt by them. It now makes sense why Australia would be surviving in such an environment and it can all be attributed to coal. Coal is like magic to them and it is what is keeping them afloat. Consequently their cheap prices for coal and their plethora of it is what is keeping us afloat too because without all that coal, we wouldn’t have electricity, and without electricity, our nation would slowly die. This is something that must be take into consideration whenever thinking about Australia and their impact on the economy. One may not think they are that important of a power but it shouldn’t take too long to realize that they have all the power.
