The BMW Hydrogen 7 is a very rare car produced by BMW. It is a car that is very different from most cars being made out there because of the capabilities out there that it has to allow for hydrogen to also be used as fuel to power the vehicle. When describing this process to people, some may be skeptical of what makes it different from other vehicles. There are after all, very many different kinds of cars out there that have the capability of using combusting hydrogen to help to power the vehicle along with normal fuel. The thing that separates all of these cars from the BMW Hydrogen 7 though is that the BWM Hydrogen 7 utilizes the hydrogen through use of an internal combustion engine. This is a highly experimental technology. There are a lot of vehicles out there that have the ability to use hydrogen to their advantage such as this, but this is one of the more advanced vehicles because it is of the type that is made specifically for hydrogen while most out there are just modified versions of normal cars or normal car engines. Because of the nature of this technology being highly experimental, people are afraid to invest many products in it. They do not want to start manufacturing cars that have these capabilities if it does not prove to be a financially successful venture, since these cars will inevitably be very expensive. The downside to this though is that people will not be able to afford this high energy saving form of fuel so even though it would be more helpful to the earth if everyone had one, people will not invest in it because it will be too expensive for the average man. Movie stars should have no problem though.

Even BMW themselves seem to be a bit scared of using this technology in the mass market since this particular car has only been made 100 times and the cars have been distributed to one hundred different very influential and very rich figures. In their words, this decision came to be because they believed that these people would be better about getting the word out about hydrogen, but really it is being done as a test I believe, and they chose these high profile people because they’re the only ones that can afford this kind of thing right now. This is an extremely expensive car and it will be tough getting people to buy it if it is too expensive for anyone but famous movie stars to afford.
