The Canada oil gas employers are taking full advantage of these new immigrants and are offering them huge salaries and houses as compensation. The Canada oil gas employers have never made so much profit before, and this is all down to the pioneers in the oil industry. The huge influx in employees means a big growth for the local economy as well, with many new jobs being created as well with new businesses starting up and flourishing in today's economic climate. Canada's economy is flourishing and many professionals are being tempted to come and live in this vast country. Apart from the Canada oil gas employers, the federal government have also started their own oil exploration in an attempt to slow down the growth of these private companies and to give their own economy a boost, trying to keep more money in the government's treasury that would otherwise be going to private companies.

Canada oil gas employers responded by offering many perks with their vacant jobs, and many new homes were built in response to the sudden influx of immigrants into remote areas. The local populations welcomed these new people, as it normally brought a welcome boost to the local economy and businesses expanded to cope with the increase as well. However, all was not well, as many oil fields turned out not to be as profitable as previously thought, and the oil companies had to concentrate their efforts in the more lucrative oil fields for the time being, maximising their profits and this enabled more exploration of the oil fields. Many specialists are involved with the exploration for oil and this resulted in even more foreign professionals being imported to cope with the demand.

The Canadian government has now stepped in and require that the Canada oil gas employers try and limit their recruitment from the local population should there be any suitable candidates available before even considering employing someone from overseas first. The Canadian points based immigration system currently is in favour of those with high qualifications entering on work visas.
