Oil Job Search

Oil is one of the most precious materials that mankind has searched for. There are three categories of oil: mineral oil, organic oil and synthetic oil. The mineral oil is found in underground rocks as it is produced from mineral materials such as dead organisms like animals, plants or bacteria. These lifeless organisms accumulate on the seafloors during thousands of years.

They get to transform due to some geological processes, converting themselves into mineral oils which are extracted afterwards by people. The terminology of "mineral oils" explains their provenience, as they come from underground places like rocks, sands, seas etc.

The organic oils are produced by living plants, animals or other beings, performing an organic process through which some natural substances like fats, waxes and different secretions are being produced from the living organisms. One of the main properties of this organic oil is that it doesn't dissolve into the water, having a high level of carbon, hydrogen and less oxygen.

The third category is the synthetic oil. This oil is an artificial product made by humans, which is used to replace the natural extracted oils. Though this process, a petrol refined lubricant is obtained, in order to provide higher chemical properties than any other natural oils.

Thus the oil industry is one of the most prosper business around the world. It is a global process where exploration, extraction and refining are the main keywords. The transport is ensured by oil tankers or by pipelines. The fuel oil and the gasoline, known as petrol, are the largest products. Another vital raw material for most industries is the petroleum, which has a solid form named asphalt, a semi-solid form named as tar and another liquid form which is named crude petroleum.

The oil search depends on the used technology. Oil exploration it's a complex process as it can be found beneath the Earth. There are some specific ways which indicate places where the oil can be found. In order to accumulate in large quantities, oil or gases need some specific geological elements such as: organic or porous rocks to generate it and reservoir rocks to prevent its leaking.

The drilling process is highly used by specialists in order to see if a soil is oil rich. Before drilling, it's imperative to make tests and to carry out mud studies. Safety issues are also needed, in order to avoid any accidents as the oil is hot and highly pressurized. The next step is to build up strong and steady oil platforms if the job is done on the sea surface. On land, they use a motorized pump which is placed over a well to extract the oil into tankers or pipelines.

Human kind has always showed a high interest in searching for oil. Nowadays the modern society has numerous ways of extracting and using this "black gold". We could say that countries that have large amounts of oil deposits are somehow political powers, as they control not only the industries but also the entire existence.
